4. Consulting and Custom Design Services

- Initial deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced
- If you cancel the project before completion, you may be eligible for a partial refund of remaining unused funds based on the percentage of work completed

Hourly Consulting Services

- Unused prepaid hours are refundable within 30 days of purchase

Online Courses
For online training courses:
- Full refunds are available within 14 days of purchase if less than 25% of the course content has been accessed
- No refunds will be provided after 14 days or if more than 25% of the course content has been accessed
- For courses with lifetime access, refunds are only available within the first 14 days of purchase
Live Workshops and Webinars
For live workshops, webinars, and training events:
- Full refunds are available up to 14 days before the scheduled event
- 50% refunds are available between 13 days and 7 days before the scheduled event
- No refunds will be provided within 7 days of the scheduled event
- If you cannot attend, you may transfer your registration to another person at no additional cost
Event Cancellation by Us
If we cancel a workshop, webinar, or training event:
- You will receive a full refund of your registration fee
- Alternatively, you may choose to apply your payment to a future event
- We are not responsible for any travel, accommodation, or other expenses you may have incurred
